From classical music to combat leadership to AI systems and GTM strategy — my path has never been typical. Today, I help businesses sell smarter, scale faster, and stay human in the process. I lead AI-driven transformation and sales enablement at GO2 Partners, and platform growth at EO-Connection, where we’re reimagining how employee-owned companies connect and grow.
my story
I’ve always been drawn to systems — whether it was in the discipline of classical music, the precision of infantry tactics or the complexity of enterprise growth.
I began my journey studying voice and piano under professors from Juilliard, Westminster Choir College and Vanderbilt. That training sharpened not just my performance, but my sense of timing, discipline and creative leadership.
Then I joined the Marine Corps.
As a U.S. Marine, I served in active combat, led infantry units and eventually became a Course Chief and Training Instructor, where I designed high-stakes training programs that shaped the next generation of Marines. I learned how to lead under pressure, communicate with clarity and build systems where failure wasn’t an option.
After my service, I transitioned into business — first in creative leadership, then in digital strategy then deep into sales enablement and AI systems design. I led brand transformation and growth for a variety of organizations and built a reputation for turning chaos into clarity — transforming raw tools and talent into repeatable, scalable execution.
Today, I serve as Director of AI & Strategic Sales Support at GO2 Partners, where I lead initiatives around AI adoption, GTM enablement, internal transformation and peer-to-peer ESOP expansion. I also drive platform growth strategy at EO-Connection, the first AI-powered ecosystem for employee-owned companies.
